Sezzle Electronic Delivery Communications Policy

Last update: September 26, 2024; Effective date: September 27, 2024

Please read this Electronic Delivery Communication Policy carefully. This policy describes the ways Sezzle Inc. (“Sezzle”, “we”, “us”, “our”) or our vendors communicate with you electronically and the terms by which those communications are bound. You accept this policy by using our products and services on our website or through any other means (collectively the “services"). We may amend this Electronic Delivery Communications Policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website.

1. Electronic Communications.

You agree and consent to receive electronically all Communications that we provide in connection with your Sezzle Account and your use of our Sezzle Services.

Communications include:

1. Agreements and policies you agree to (e.g., the Sezzle Privacy Policy), including updates to these agreements or policies.

2. Transaction receipts or confirmations.

3. Account statements and history.

4. Federal and state tax statements we are required to make available to you.

5. Any other Account or transaction information.

2. Hardware and Software Requirements.

In order to access and retain electronic Communications, you will need the following computer hardware and software:

1. A computer with an Internet connection.

2. A current web browser that includes 128-bit encryption (e.g. Internet Explorer version 9.0 and above, Firefox version 4.0 and above, Chrome version 4.0 and above, or Safari 5.0 and above) with cookies enabled.

3. Adobe Acrobat Reader version 10.0 and above to open documents in .pdf format.

4. A valid mobile phone number (your primary number on file with Sezzle).

5. A valid email address (your primary email address on file with Sezzle).

6. Sufficient storage space to save past Communications or an installed printer to print them.

3. Requesting Withdrawal From Electronic Delivery.

You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically by writing to us at "Attn: Electronic Communications Delivery Policy, 700 Nicollet Mall, Suite 640, Minneapolis, MN 55402", emailing us at support@sezzle.com or calling us at +1 (888) 540-1867. If you fail to provide or if you withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically, Sezzle reserves the right to either deny your application for an Account, restrict or deactivate your Account, close your Account and any sub-account or charge you additional fees for paper copies.

4. Your Responsibilities In Updating Sezzle.

It is your responsibility to keep your primary email address up to date so that Sezzle can communicate with you electronically. You understand and agree that if Sezzle sends you an electronic Communication but you do not receive it because your primary email address on file is incorrect, out of date, blocked by your service provider, or you are otherwise unable to receive electronic Communications, Sezzle will be deemed to have provided the Communication to you. Merchants shall make Sezzle Services available to Users for the term of the underlying Agreement and, accordingly, shall ensure that contact information is correct for a reasonable period following the respective term.

5. Working With Spam Filters.

Please note that if you use a spam filter that blocks or re-routes emails from senders not listed in your email address book, you must add Sezzle to your email address book so that you will be able to receive the Communications we send to you.

6. Updating Your Contact Information.

You can update your primary email address or street address at any time by logging into you Sezzle Account and updating your profile settings. If your email address becomes invalid such that electronic Communications sent to you by Sezzle are returned, Sezzle may deem your Account to be inactive, and you will not be able to transact any activity using your Sezzle Account until we receive a valid, working primary email address from you.
